Welcome to Adminicorn™ ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a specialized job board and staffing platform focused on administrative, executive support, and operations roles. By accessing or using our Platform at www.adminicorn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), forming a legally binding agreement between you and Adminicorn. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview and Users

Adminicorn is a niche platform that connects employers with administrative professionals through job postings, staffing solutions, and career coaching services. "Users" refers to all individuals and organizations using our Platform, including:

  • Employers: Businesses posting job listings or seeking staffing solutions
  • Job Seekers: Administrative professionals seeking employment opportunities
  • Coaching Clients: Individuals utilizing our career development services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. By using Adminicorn, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Platform Services

Job Board Services

  • Employers may post administrative role listings on the Platform
  • Job seekers may search and apply for posted positions
  • All job listings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable employment laws

Staffing Solutions

  • We may provide short-term and long-term staffing placement services
  • Additional terms may apply to staffing engagements as specified in separate agreements

Coaching Services

  • We offer career coaching and professional development services to administrative professionals
  • Coaching services are subject to additional terms as specified in separate agreements

Fees / Paid Services

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Adminicorn does not store payment card information, and users may choose to save payment details with the provider for future transactions.


5. User Responsibilities

For All Users

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with the Platform.

For Employers

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your job postings
  • Compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Your hiring decisions and employment practices

For Job Seekers

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your application materials and profile information
  • Conducting due diligence on potential employers
  • Your employment decisions

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including resumes, job listings, and application materials. By providing User Content, you grant Adminicorn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or Adminicorn personnel
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts
  • Use automated means (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Platform or collect information
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security

8. Intellectual Property

Adminicorn owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including our website, mobile applications, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, except for User Content. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or inappropriate behavior
  • Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or other Users

10. Platform Modifications

Adminicorn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Platform without liability.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ADMINICORN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF JOB LISTINGS, THE QUALITY OF EMPLOYERS OR JOB SEEKERS, OR SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADMINICORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adminicorn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

15. Governing Law and Disputes
