Refund Policy

Adminicorn™ is committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for employers using our job board. Please review the following refund terms related specifically to job postings.
Non-Refundable Once Live
All job posting fees are non-refundable once a job is submitted and made live on the Adminicorn platform. Job postings are published immediately upon payment.
Immediate Publication
Job listings may become visible immediately after payment is completed. Employers are responsible for reviewing all job details carefully prior to submission.
Corrections and Edits
If an employer identifies an error in a job listing, Adminicorn will make reasonable edits or corrections upon request at no additional cost during the active posting period. Corrections or edits do not qualify for refunds.
Applicant Volume and Hiring Outcomes
Adminicorn does not guarantee a specific number of applicants, interviews, or hires. Refunds are not issued based on applicant volume, candidate quality, or hiring outcomes.
Platform Availability
If a technical issue on the Adminicorn platform prevents a job posting from being displayed for a significant portion of the purchased posting period, Adminicorn may, at its discretion:
- Extend the posting duration, or
- Provide a job posting credit for future use
Cash refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
Promotional or Complimentary Job Postings
Complimentary, discounted, or promotional job postings (including launch offers or coupon-based postings) are not eligible for refunds or cash value.
Multi-Post Packages
For packages that include multiple job posting credits, unused credits remain valid for the stated period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused or expired credits.
Adminicorn reserves the right to review refund requests and make determinations in accordance with this refund policy.
